Order Cancellation
Due to the unique nature of our handmade products, we cannot process returns or exchanges unless there is a valid reason. If you need after-sales support for a stress relief squishy, please provide a complete unboxing video. Without this video, we cannot process returns or exchanges. Ensure you are satisfied with your order before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once your items have been prepared and scheduled for shipment, we can only offer a 60% refund of the total payment if you decide to cancel.
Returns (if applicable)
- Eligibility: You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Process: Contact us at info@bibisquishy.com to initiate a return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your package back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please retain a tracking number as proof of return. We are not liable for lost return packages; it is your responsibility to track any missing returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Eligibility: If you request a refund after your items have been dispatched and are still in transit, you are eligible for a 60% refund of the total amount paid if the scheduled delivery date has not passed.
- Tariffs and Charges: Any duties or country-specific fees are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to these charges.
- Received Items: We do not offer refunds for items already received unless there was an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or damaged item. In such cases, please provide a video of the unused product and email it to us. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a return or exchange.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Damaged Items
- Unboxing Video: Upon receiving your package, inspect it for any damage. If there is damage, record an unboxing video as this is required for any after-sales support. Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@bibisquishy.com.
