We’re committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality tactile products designed for comfort, fun, and sensory relief. Due to the nature of the materials and the handmade production process, we want to ensure you're fully informed before purchase.

🔬 Material Composition & Behavior

  • Most of our products are made from fully cured, soft silicone, a stable and durable material. Once cured, silicone does not melt, dissolve, or revert under normal use.

  • Some models may contain plastic or other composite components for structure, shape, or additional sensory effects. These will be clearly listed on the product page.

  • Our slow-rebound products are not silicone-based, but made from specially formulated foams that respond to pressure and recover slowly. These are completely different materials and may feel or behave differently than silicone toys.

🧤 About “Non-Sticky” Surface

  • Products described as non-sticky feature a fuzzy surface coating that provides a dry-touch effect at the time of packaging.

  • This is a temporary, relative property that may wear off with use, friction, or exposure to heat and moisture.

  • Silicone may naturally feel tackier over time, which is not a defect, but a known and expected behavior.

➤ To refresh the dry-touch feel, you can gently wash and dry the product, then apply a light layer of non-toxic powder (e.g., cornstarch) to restore comfort.

🖐️ Handmade Nature of Products

All of our products are hand-poured, hand-colored, or hand-assembled. As a result:

  • Minor differences in color, texture, or shape are normal and part of the individuality of each item.

  • Some items may have small air bubbles, slight color variation, or hand-finishing marks, which do not affect functionality.

📦 Order Fulfillment & Shipping Notes

  • In some cases, orders with multiple items may be split and shipped separately for efficiency or stock reasons.

  • If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment. No need to worry if all items don’t arrive at once.

🔁 Return Policy Overview

We want you to love what you ordered, but due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under these conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging

  • Non-defective items that have been opened, handled, or used are not eligible for return

  • If you believe a product arrived defective, please contact us with clear photos before using the item, so we can assess your case promptly
